- Low-carb tortillas or lettuce for wrapping
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Taco seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Season with salt, pepper, and taco seasoning if desired.
- Prepare the salsa by combining the diced tomato, avocado, onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Serve the ground beef in low-carb tortillas or in lettuce wraps.
- Top with the tomato-avocado salsa and enjoy!
Notes
For added flavor, serve with extra lime wedges, cheese, sour cream, or hot sauce. A side of beans or salad pairs well.
