Ingredients

- ½ cup coconut yogurt
- ½ cup cucumber, chopped
- 1 stalk organic celery, sliced
- ½ organic Granny Smith apple, unpeeled and chopped
- ¼ small avocado, chopped
- 1–2 large Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 tablespoon hemp hearts or collagen
- 1 cup frozen wild blueberries
- ½ teaspoon organic vanilla extract
- ⅔ cup coconut milk, or nut milk of choice, or oat milk
Instructions
- Measure and prepare all ingredients.
- Add ingredients to a high-powered blender in the order listed.
- Blend until smooth, adding more milk to thin, if necessary.
- Pour into a glass and serve cold.
- For serving, top with extra hemp hearts or fresh blueberries if desired.
Notes
Use frozen wild blueberries for the best flavor and texture. Soften dates in warm water if necessary. Use a high-powered blender for a smoother texture.
