Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with muffin liners.
- Mix together rolled oats, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
- Combine honey (or maple syrup), applesauce, milk, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Divide the batter evenly among the muffin tins.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
