Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with muffin liners.
  2. Mix together rolled oats, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
  3. Combine honey (or maple syrup), applesauce, milk, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
