Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Marinate chicken breasts in olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and herbs for at least 30 minutes.
- Bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
- Prepare a vibrant salad with mixed greens, chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, and avocado while the chicken is baking.
- Slice the cooked chicken and place it on top of the salad.
- Drizzle with low-calorie dressing and serve immediately.
