- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)

- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onions and bell peppers to the skillet, cooking until softened.
- Stir in taco seasoning and diced tomatoes; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet, mixing everything together until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, topped with shredded cheese and fresh cilantro if desired.
Notes
For a cheesy baked version, place in a baking dish, top with extra cheese, and bake at 350°F until the cheese melts.
