Ingredients

- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup dried hibiscus flowers
- 1/4 cup sugar (or to taste)
- Juice of 1 lime
- Ice
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Boil the water in a pot.
- Once boiling, add the dried hibiscus flowers and sugar.
- Let it steep for about 10 minutes.
- Strain the mixture into a pitcher and let it cool.
- Once cooled, stir in the lime juice.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
Notes
For a special touch, serve with a slice of lime on the rim of the glass.
