Description

A bright, tangy, and refreshing drink made with hibiscus flowers, perfect for warm days.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup dried hibiscus flowers
  • 1/4 cup sugar (or to taste)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Ice
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil the water in a pot.
  2. Once boiling, add the dried hibiscus flowers and sugar.
  3. Let it steep for about 10 minutes.
  4. Strain the mixture into a pitcher and let it cool.
  5. Once cooled, stir in the lime juice.
  6. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Notes

For a special touch, serve with a slice of lime on the rim of the glass.
