Ingredients

  • 1 block silken tofu
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup sweetener (honey or maple syrup)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Favorite toppings (berries, nuts, whipped cream)

Instructions

  1. Drain the silken tofu and add it to a blender.
  2. Add cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  5. Transfer the pudding to serving bowls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Serve chilled with your favorite toppings.

Notes
