Ingredients

- 1 block silken tofu
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup sweetener (honey or maple syrup)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Favorite toppings (berries, nuts, whipped cream)
Instructions
- Drain the silken tofu and add it to a blender.
- Add cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Transfer the pudding to serving bowls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve chilled with your favorite toppings.
Notes
Use firm silken tofu and drain well for a thicker texture. Chill well for the best flavor.
