This Homemade Keto Bread is low in carbs, easy to make, and perfect for toast or sandwiches.
Ingredients

- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 5 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter or olive oil
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, then add melted butter (or oil) and water. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to the greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing and enjoy your low-carb sandwiches.
Notes
For best results, measure flours by spooning into the cup and leveling off. Do not overmix. Let the loaf cool fully before slicing.
