A refreshing drink that combines the sweetness of strawberries with the tartness of lemons, perfect for hot summer days.
Ingredients

- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Water
- 2 Cups Strawberries
- 1 1/2 Cups Lemon Juice (about six lemons juiced)
- 6 Cups Cold Water
Instructions
- Start by making a simple syrup. In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar fully dissolves. Remove from heat and let it cool.
- While the syrup cools, wash and hull the strawberries. Blend them in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- In a large pitcher, combine the cooled syrup, processed strawberries, and 1 1/2 cups of lemon juice.
- Add 6 cups of cold water to the mixture. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Taste your lemonade and adjust the sweetness by adding more syrup if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
For a stronger strawberry flavor, consider using frozen strawberries instead of fresh ones; they can be just as flavorful.
