Description

Delicious and refreshing strawberry yogurt popsicles, easy to make and a healthy alternative to store-bought versions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 1/2 cups Greek yogurt, plain
  • 2 1/2 cups strawberry slices
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl and gently stir until just barely combined.
  2. Spoon the mixture into popsicle molds and push down so that the thick yogurt mix is pushed all the way down to the bottom of the mold.
  3. Put in popsicle sticks and freeze for 480 minutes or overnight.
  4. Remove the popsicles from the molds by running warm water over the outside for a few seconds.
  5. Serve immediately for a refreshing treat or keep them in the freezer for later.

Notes

For added sweetness, taste the mixture before freezing and adjust sugar as needed. You can blend some strawberries for a smoother texture or leave them chunky.
