Description
Delicious and refreshing strawberry yogurt popsicles, easy to make and a healthy alternative to store-bought versions.
Ingredients

- 2 1/2 cups Greek yogurt, plain
- 2 1/2 cups strawberry slices
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl and gently stir until just barely combined.
- Spoon the mixture into popsicle molds and push down so that the thick yogurt mix is pushed all the way down to the bottom of the mold.
- Put in popsicle sticks and freeze for 480 minutes or overnight.
- Remove the popsicles from the molds by running warm water over the outside for a few seconds.
- Serve immediately for a refreshing treat or keep them in the freezer for later.
Notes
For added sweetness, taste the mixture before freezing and adjust sugar as needed. You can blend some strawberries for a smoother texture or leave them chunky.
