Description

A refreshing frozen mango drink perfect for hot summer days, easy to make and great for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup of ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup of yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the chopped mangoes, ice cubes, yogurt, honey (if using), and lime juice.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. You can add a little water if the mixture is too thick.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey.
  4. Pour the frozen drink into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve in chilled glasses, garnished with a slice of lime or mint. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the freezer.
