Instructions

- Step 3: Shred Meat – Use a stand mixer or two forks to finely shred the cold chicken into consistent, bite-sized pieces.
- Step 4: Prepare Celery – Dice the celery into very small, uniform pieces to provide crunch without overpowering the chicken.
- Step 5: Blend Dressing – In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, salt, pepper, onion powder, and lemon juice.
- Step 6: Combine Ingredients – Fold the shredded chicken and diced celery into the dressing until every piece is evenly coated.
- Step 7: Chill Salad – Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the seasonings to penetrate the protein.
