Description
This Keto Crockpot Salisbury Steak is easy, low carb, and features tender patties cooked in a rich gravy using almond flour instead of bread crumbs.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, almond flour, chopped onion, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into oval patties.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and brown the patties on both sides.
- Place the browned patties in the crockpot.
- In a separate bowl, mix together beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, then pour over the patties.
- Add mushrooms if using.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve warm with your favorite sides.
Notes
For a richer taste, add a splash more Worcestershire sauce or a teaspoon of Dijon mustard.
