- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (like cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce (sugar-free for keto)
- 1/4 cup jalapenos, diced
- Tortilla wraps (low-carb or keto-friendly)
- Olive oil, for drizzling
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheese, BBQ sauce, jalapenos, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla wrap.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and place them seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and heated through.
- Slice into pinwheels and serve warm.
