Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (like cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce (sugar-free for keto)
  • 1/4 cup jalapenos, diced
  • Tortilla wraps (low-carb or keto-friendly)
  • Olive oil, for drizzling
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheese, BBQ sauce, jalapenos, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread a layer of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla wrap.
  4. Roll the tortillas tightly and place them seam-side down on a baking sheet.
