Instructions
- Step 1: Combine Dry Ingredients – Whisk together the almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Step 2: Mix Wet Ingredients – Stir in the warm water and apple cider vinegar until a thick, dough-like consistency forms.
- Step 3: Knead the Dough – Knead the dough for approximately 1-2 minutes by hand until it becomes firm and pliable.
- Step 4: Portion and Shape – Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and roll each into a small ball.
- Step 5: Roll Out – Place each ball between two sheets of parchment paper and roll out into a 1/4 inch thick oval shape.
- Step 6: Cook on Skillet – Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook each naan for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown spots appear.
- Step 7: Butter and Serve – Brush the warm naan with melted butter and minced garlic before serving immediately.
Notes
For the best texture, ensure your psyllium husk is finely ground and your water is warm but not boiling.
