Ingredients

  • 4 Pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 3 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 can Canned tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Fresh basil, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the pork chops and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the pork chops and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  6. Add canned tomatoes and bring to a simmer.
  7. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, along with Italian seasoning.
  8. Return the pork chops to the skillet and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  9. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
