- 4 Pork chops
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 3 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can Canned tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Heavy cream
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Fresh basil, for garnish
Instructions
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the pork chops and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Remove the pork chops and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add canned tomatoes and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, along with Italian seasoning.
- Return the pork chops to the skillet and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
