Description

A delicious and satisfying low-carb dish that combines fresh broccoli with creamy cheesy ranch flavors, perfect as a side dish.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the broccoli florets with olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Add cream cheese and half of the cheddar cheese, mixing until the broccoli is well coated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and grated parmesan on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Serve warm as a side dish or with grilled chicken for a complete meal.

Notes

Add cooked bacon bits for extra flavor. Customize with different cheeses or vegetables.
