- 4 cups Broccoli florets
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese
- 1 packet Ranch seasoning
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 cup Grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the broccoli florets with olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Add cream cheese and half of the cheddar cheese, mixing until the broccoli is well coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and grated parmesan on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Serve warm as a side dish or with grilled chicken for a complete meal.
Notes
Add cooked bacon bits for extra flavor. Customize with different cheeses or vegetables.
