Delicious and easy low carb roll ups filled with cream cheese and fresh peaches.
Ingredients

- 4 large peaches, sliced
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sweetener (like erythritol or stevia)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Low carb tortillas or wraps
- Butter for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix together the softened cream cheese, sweetener, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Lay a low carb tortilla flat and spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture over it.
- Place a few slices of peach on top of the cream cheese.
- Roll the tortilla tightly, then place it seam side down on a greased baking sheet.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving. Enjoy your indulgent low carb treat!
