Delicious and easy low carb roll ups filled with cream cheese and fresh peaches.


Ingredients

  • 4 large peaches, sliced
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sweetener (like erythritol or stevia)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Low carb tortillas or wraps
  • Butter for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix together the softened cream cheese, sweetener, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
  3. Lay a low carb tortilla flat and spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture over it.
  4. Place a few slices of peach on top of the cream cheese.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly, then place it seam side down on a greased baking sheet.
  6. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  8. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving. Enjoy your indulgent low carb treat!
