Instructions
- Combine the Greek yogurt, mango chunks, honey, and vanilla extract in a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 240 minutes or until firm.
- Let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften before serving.
- Serve in bowls, topped with shredded coconut.
Notes
For the best flavor, use ripe mangoes. Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey according to your taste.
