No Bake Pull Apart Berry Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 1 package of cream cheese (8 oz), softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • Butter (for greasing)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until combined.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  5. Grease a serving platter with butter.
  6. Break the graham crackers into pieces and layer them on the bottom of the platter.
  7. Spread a layer of the cheesecake mixture over the graham cracker pieces.
  8. Top with a layer of mixed berries.
  9. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with berries on top.
  10. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
