- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 package of graham crackers
- Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
- In a serving dish, layer graham crackers at the bottom.
- Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the crackers, then add a layer of mixed berries.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the cream mixture on top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight to set.
- Before serving, garnish with fresh berries and mint leaves.
Notes
For best flavor, use fresh, ripe berries. You can customize with different fruits or add a chocolate layer with cocoa powder.
