- Ice
Instructions
- Puree fresh watermelon until smooth in a blender.
- Muddle mint leaves with lime juice in a glass.
- Add the watermelon puree and mix well.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Top off with soda water and stir gently.
- Garnish with additional mint leaves and serve immediately.
Notes
