Description

A delightful beverage that combines sweet peach and tangy hibiscus, perfect for warm days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup hibiscus tea (steeped and chilled)
  • 1 cup peach tea or peach juice (chilled)
  • 12 tbsp honey, sugar, or hibiscus syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional garnish: edible flowers, peach slices, mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Steep 1–2 teaspoons of dried hibiscus petals (or 1 hibiscus tea bag) in 1 cup of hot water for about 5–7 minutes. Strain and let it chill completely in the fridge.
  2. Brew peach tea the same way or use store-bought peach juice for a bolder fruit flavor. Sweeten if desired and chill thoroughly.
  3. Add a generous amount of ice to each tall glass. Pour the hibiscus tea (and hibiscus syrup) or peach tea/juice first, depending on your preference. This will be the bottom layer.
  4. Slowly pour the next layer (peach/hibiscus) over the back of a spoon or over ice to create the layered “sunset” effect.
  5. Add fresh peach slices, edible flowers (hibiscus), or mint for a beautiful finishing touch. Serve immediately and enjoy the view—and the taste!

Notes

Serve in tall, clear glasses to showcase the beautiful layers. Pairs well with light snacks.
