Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peach schnapps (or simple syrup)
  • 1 bottle white wine (such as Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the peaches, ensuring the cores are removed.
  2. Rinse the strawberries, cut off their green tops, and slice them.
  3. Combine the peach slices, strawberry slices, peach schnapps or simple syrup, white wine, and fresh mint in a large pitcher.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for about 60 minutes or longer to meld flavors.
  5. Serve in chilled glasses filled with ice and garnish with mint leaves or fruit slices.
