- 2 tablespoons erythritol or preferred sweetener
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup sugar-free maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Combine almond flour, melted butter, erythritol, and salt to form the crust. Press the mixture into a lined baking dish and chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
- Mix together the chopped pecans, sugar-free maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Pour the pecan mixture over the chilled crust and spread evenly.
- Chill for at least 60 minutes to set before cutting into bars. Serve and enjoy!
