- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons sweetener (like erythritol or stevia)
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup sugar-free syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, melted butter, and sweetener. Press the mixture into the bottom of a lined 8×8 inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix together chopped pecans, sugar-free syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Spread the pecan mixture over the crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set before cutting into bars.
Notes
Press the crust evenly for optimal shape. Use a lined pan to lift the bars out easily.
