- 4 Chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup Lemon juice
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, or parsley), chopped
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
- Mix together lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped herbs, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
- Add chicken breasts to the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and grill for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Serve as desired, either on their own, on a bun, in a quesadilla, or sliced over salad.
Notes
For best flavor, marinate chicken overnight, and use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken is cooked to 165°F (75°C).
