Juicy grilled chicken breasts marinated with lemon, garlic, and fresh herbs for a refreshing flavor.


Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup Lemon juice
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, or parsley), chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix together lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped herbs, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Add chicken breasts to the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade and grill for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  5. Serve as desired, either on their own, on a bun, in a quesadilla, or sliced over salad.

Notes

For best flavor, marinate chicken overnight, and use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken is cooked to 165°F (75°C).
