- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the sugar substitute and stir until dissolved.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
- Add the pecans and stir to coat them in the caramel mixture.
- Spread the coated pecans on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Allow to cool before serving.
