- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves or crackers for serving
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the shrimp until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Drain and let cool.
- Combine mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, dill, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Add the cooled shrimp to the bowl and mix until all shrimp are coated with the sauce.
- Serve over lettuce leaves or with crackers.
