Description

Delicious, handheld Crunchwraps filled with seasoned ground beef, cheese, and fresh toppings, perfect for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 6 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • sour cream (optional)
  • salsa (optional)
  • cooking oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Add taco seasoning and water according to package instructions, and stir to combine.
  3. Place a tortilla on a flat surface. Add a scoop of seasoned beef, cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes in the center.
  4. Fold the tortilla carefully, encasing the filling completely to create a wrap.
  5. Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat. Place the crunchwrap seam-side down and cook until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Repeat the process for remaining tortillas.
  7. Serve warm with sour cream and salsa on the side.

Notes

For a leaner option, use ground turkey or chicken. Customize with additional fillings like beans or black olives.
