Description
Delicious, handheld Crunchwraps filled with seasoned ground beef, cheese, and fresh toppings, perfect for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 6 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1 tomato, diced
- sour cream (optional)
- salsa (optional)
- cooking oil for frying
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and water according to package instructions, and stir to combine.
- Place a tortilla on a flat surface. Add a scoop of seasoned beef, cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes in the center.
- Fold the tortilla carefully, encasing the filling completely to create a wrap.
- Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat. Place the crunchwrap seam-side down and cook until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Repeat the process for remaining tortillas.
- Serve warm with sour cream and salsa on the side.
Notes
For a leaner option, use ground turkey or chicken. Customize with additional fillings like beans or black olives.
