- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until it’s no longer pink.
- Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook for about 5 minutes until they are tender.
- Add the soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
Garnish with sesame seeds or green onions for added flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
