Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until it’s no longer pink.
  3. Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook for about 5 minutes until they are tender.
  4. Add the soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Serve hot over rice or noodles.

Notes

Garnish with sesame seeds or green onions for added flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
