A delightful twist on the classic mojito, combining fresh raspberries, coconut water, and mint for a refreshing drink.

- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1/2 cup white rum
- 1 lime, juiced
- 8–10 fresh mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons sugar (or to taste)
- Club soda
- Ice
Instructions
- Muddle the raspberries with sugar and mint leaves in a glass.
- Add the lime juice and coconut water, then stir well.
- Pour in the white rum and mix gently.
- Fill the glass with ice and top with club soda.
- Garnish with additional raspberries and mint if desired.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar to taste. For a non-alcoholic version, omit the rum and replace it with more coconut water or sparkling water.
