A delightful twist on the classic mojito, combining fresh raspberries, coconut water, and mint for a refreshing drink.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup white rum
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 810 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (or to taste)
  • Club soda
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Muddle the raspberries with sugar and mint leaves in a glass.
  2. Add the lime juice and coconut water, then stir well.
  3. Pour in the white rum and mix gently.
  4. Fill the glass with ice and top with club soda.
  5. Garnish with additional raspberries and mint if desired.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar to taste. For a non-alcoholic version, omit the rum and replace it with more coconut water or sparkling water.
