A delightful and tropical drink made with lemon and sweetened coconut cream, perfect for summer gatherings.
Ingredients

- 4 large lemons
- 1 cup of sweetened coconut cream
- 4 cups of cold water
- 1 cup of sugar (or to taste)
- Ice cubes
- Slices of lemon for garnish
Instructions
- Start by washing the lemons thoroughly. Cut them into quarters.
- In a blender, add the lemon quarters, sweetened coconut cream, and half of the cold water.
- Blend everything for about 30 seconds until the mixture is well combined.
- Pour the mixture through a fine strainer into a pitcher, pressing down with a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible.
- Add the remaining cold water and sugar to the pitcher. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Serve over ice cubes and garnish with lemon slices.
Notes
Store any leftover lemonade in the refrigerator. Best consumed within 2-3 days for optimal freshness.
