Ingredients

  • 4 large lemons
  • 1 cup of sweetened coconut cream
  • 4 cups of cold water
  • 1 cup of sugar (or to taste)
  • Ice cubes
  • Slices of lemon for garnish

Instructions

  1. Start by washing the lemons thoroughly. Cut them into quarters.
  2. In a blender, add the lemon quarters, sweetened coconut cream, and half of the cold water.
  3. Blend everything for about 30 seconds until the mixture is well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture through a fine strainer into a pitcher, pressing down with a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible.
  5. Add the remaining cold water and sugar to the pitcher. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  6. Serve over ice cubes and garnish with lemon slices.

Notes

Store any leftover lemonade in the refrigerator. Best consumed within 2-3 days for optimal freshness.
