Ingredients
- Rice paper
- Fresh scallions, chopped

- Pepper

- Chili sauce
- Sesame oil
Instructions
- Soak rice paper sheets in warm water until pliable.
- Lay a soaked sheet flat and sprinkle chopped scallions, salt, and pepper onto it.
- Roll up the paper tightly and flatten it lightly.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the pancake on each side until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Mix chili sauce and sesame oil in a small bowl for dipping sauce.
- Serve the pancakes warm with the chili-sesame dipping sauce.
Notes
Cool the pancakes completely before storing in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Reheat in a skillet or oven to maintain crispness.
