Description

A refreshing twist on the classic grapefruit cocktail, combining tequila, grapefruit, and jalapeño for a zesty kick.


Ingredients

  • 2 oz tequila
  • 1 oz fresh pink grapefruit juice (or grapefruit soda)
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 12 slices of jalapeño
  • Salt for rimming the glass
  • Ice
  • Grapefruit slice for garnish

Instructions

  1. Rim the glass with salt.
  2. In a shaker, muddle the jalapeño slices.
  3. Add tequila, grapefruit juice (or soda), lime juice, and ice to the shaker.
  4. Shake well and strain into the prepared glass with ice.
  5. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit and enjoy!

Notes
