A refreshing twist on the classic grapefruit cocktail, combining tequila, grapefruit, and jalapeño for a zesty kick.
Ingredients

- 2 oz tequila
- 1 oz fresh pink grapefruit juice (or grapefruit soda)
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 1–2 slices of jalapeño
- Salt for rimming the glass
- Ice
- Grapefruit slice for garnish
Instructions
- Rim the glass with salt.
- In a shaker, muddle the jalapeño slices.
- Add tequila, grapefruit juice (or soda), lime juice, and ice to the shaker.
- Shake well and strain into the prepared glass with ice.
- Garnish with a slice of grapefruit and enjoy!
Notes
Adjust the amount of jalapeño to suit your spice tolerance. For a sweeter drink, use grapefruit soda instead of fresh juice.
