Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 4 cups water
- 1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 lime, juiced
- Ice cubes
- Mint leaves (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries and water. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove the pulp (optional).
- Stir in the sugar and lime juice until well combined. Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Serve over ice, garnished with mint leaves.
Notes
For a fizzy version, replace some water with club soda. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days.
