- 3 Bell peppers
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 cup Shredded cheese
- ½ cup Chopped green onions
- 1 cup Diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
Instructions
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
- Mix cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheese, chopped green onions, diced tomatoes, and spices in a bowl.
- Stuff the mixture into the hollowed-out peppers.
- Arrange on a serving platter.
- Serve cold or at room temperature.
