Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and olives in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a separate small bowl.
