Description
A refreshing summer drink combining watermelon and mint for a perfect thirst quencher.
Ingredients

- 2 cups watermelon, cubed
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Mint sprigs, for garnish
Instructions
- Puree the watermelon until smooth in a blender.
- Strain the watermelon juice into a pitcher to remove pulp.
- Add lime juice and mint leaves, and stir to combine.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the watermelon mixture over the ice.
- Top each glass with sparkling water.
- Garnish with mint sprigs and serve immediately.
Notes
Serve chilled, garnished with mint sprigs. Adjust lime juice to taste and consider adding a splash of lemonade for extra flavor.
