Description

A refreshing summer drink combining watermelon and mint for a perfect thirst quencher.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint sprigs, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Puree the watermelon until smooth in a blender.
  2. Strain the watermelon juice into a pitcher to remove pulp.
  3. Add lime juice and mint leaves, and stir to combine.
  4. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the watermelon mixture over the ice.
  5. Top each glass with sparkling water.
  6. Garnish with mint sprigs and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve chilled, garnished with mint sprigs. Adjust lime juice to taste and consider adding a splash of lemonade for extra flavor.
