Ingredients

- 6 oz clear rum
- 1 oz orange liqueur
- 4 oz blood orange juice
- 6 oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz cherry simple syrup
- 1 1/3 cups (300 grams/11 ounces) cherries, halved and pitted
- 1 oz water
- 1/4 cup sugar (granulated or turbinado)
- 2 Fresh Cherries, divided between each drink
- 2 oz Vanilla Whipped Cream, divided between each drink (optional)
Instructions
- Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Seal the lid and shake for about 10 seconds.
- Using a hawthorne strainer, pour over ice in two highball glasses.
- Top with whipped cream and cherries.
Notes
Use freshly squeezed juices for the best flavor. Adjust sweetness with cherry simple syrup to your preference.
