- Trader Joe’s turkey meatballs
- Trader Joe’s garlic marinara sauce
- 1 whole red pepper, sliced

- Olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the red pepper and onion, and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until they are tender and slightly caramelized.
- Cook the Carba-Nada pasta according to the package instructions.
- Heat the Trader Joe’s turkey meatballs in a skillet until warmed through.
- Drain the pasta and toss it with the roasted vegetables and garlic marinara sauce in the skillet. Add the turkey meatballs and mix everything well.
