Ingredients

- 1/8 of a medium watermelon
- 1 packet of gelatine
- 1/2 lemon (juiced)
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions
- Scoop out the flesh of the watermelon and blend it until smooth.
- In a small bowl, dissolve the gelatine according to the package instructions.
- Mix the lemon juice and honey into the watermelon puree.
- Combine the watermelon mixture with the dissolved gelatine.
- Pour the mixture into a mold or dish.
- Leave in the fridge for 180-240 minutes until set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!

Garnish with mint leaves or watermelon balls for an appealing presentation.
