Ingredients

- 4 cups watermelon, cubed
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2–3 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
- Sparkling water
- Ice
- Lime slices (for garnish)
Instructions
- Puree the watermelon in a blender until smooth.
- Strain the puree through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp if desired.
- Combine the watermelon juice, lime juice, and sugar in a pitcher. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Fill glasses with ice and pour the watermelon mixture over the ice until each glass is half full.
- Top off each glass with sparkling water.
- Garnish with lime slices and serve immediately.
Notes
Use chilled ingredients for an extra refreshing drink. Adjust sugar to taste and add a splash of your favorite fruit juice for variety.
