Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 23 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
  • Sparkling water
  • Ice
  • Lime slices (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Puree the watermelon in a blender until smooth.
  2. Strain the puree through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp if desired.
  3. Combine the watermelon juice, lime juice, and sugar in a pitcher. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  4. Fill glasses with ice and pour the watermelon mixture over the ice until each glass is half full.
  5. Top off each glass with sparkling water.
  6. Garnish with lime slices and serve immediately.

Notes
